Show Results - Darlington 2023
We had a long drive up from South Wales to Ripon for the Darlington Championship show, but it was worth it as we had a lovely day with so many fellow brittany exhibitors coming out to support our breed specialist judge Mrs Joanne Robinson.
The trip also gave me the opportunity to meet two of Ber's nephews, who had just turned 6 months old, and I was privileged to have the opportunity to handle both of them, especially taking Jassendue Usoa (Sky) into the Gundog Puppy Group ring:
Unfortunately we had clashes in the breed rings, and so Joe kindly stepped in and handled Duke while I was handling Berwyn and Jassendue Ugo (who is still looking for a permanent home).
Little Ugo is now qualified for Crufts 2024.
Hopefully he finds his new home soon, as he is a lovely, sweet natured and cuddly boy who will make a fantastic companion, or working and or show dog for someone.

Duke had a very successful day in the stakes classes - coming third in the junior stakes under Gordon Haran, and third in the post-graduate stakes under Patsy Hollings.
While it wasn't our day in the breed rings it was lovely to see our friends in the top awards, especially Peiam's sister winning the Bitch CC:
